Green Goddess 180 Smoothie
8-12 ounces water
2 scoops 180 smoothie mix (most people like strawberry or vanilla)
1 handful organic spinach
1 handful organic kale
1 orange (or 1/2 orange if they are really big)
1/3 to 1/2 banana (I prefer mine frozen)
handful organic blueberries or a couple of strawberries
You can add flax or coconut oil for a little healthy fat or 1-2 Tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt for added protein.
This is a great "go to" smoothie -- you can mix up the greens and the fruit to whatever you have on hand. I typically freeze my kale and spinach and throw them into the blender frozen.
Blessings!

Welcome!!
Welcome to my new Shaklee blog! I'm so excited to share to journey to health and wellness with you.
I started this journey on June 1st, 2013, with a 4-week Best Shape of Your Life nutrition challenge using the Lean and Healthy kit and eating clean (foods that rot, mold, grow in the ground or have a mother). I felt so amazing at the end of the 4 weeks (and after losing 10 pounds), I just kept going.
By the end of August I'd lost 22 pounds and want to share the success I've had with others. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired and now I have enough energy that I feel like I've gained at least an hour in my day.
I can't wait to share the journey with you!
